The Cranfield Impact Centre offers one, two and three day specialist short courses and workshops for professionals working in the impact analysis and crash safety sectors (automotive, aviation, rail).
These courses aim to promote a better understanding of the key parameters in impact analysis, crash safety (structural and biomechanical) and energy management strategies. Scheduled courses are run each year. Bespoke courses can be organised to satisfy specific business training needs.
Courses are delivered by a combination of subject specialists from Cranfield Impact Centre, Cranfield University and industrial practitioners.
Attendance can contribute towards individuals’ continuing professional development (CPD).
Course content and book
instructions can be obtained from the
CIC Technical Short Course leaflet. If you require
