| Our well-equipped test laboratories feature a range of test
rigs for both static and dynamic testing of structures. Tests can be carried out for
certification or for experimental purposes.

| Chain Pendulum | Lorry and HGV cab testing. | |
| Drop Tower Rig | Specific to R66 dynamic component and joint testing. Other applications include material testing, low energy cone testing, general aviation landing gear dynamic testing, etc. | |
| Dynamic Rollover Test Rig | Specific to R66 bus rollover test for certification. Other non-certification tests such as HGV containers, specific application trucks, fire engine vehicles. | |
| Hoop Test/Crush Rig | FIA approved for roll hoop testing. | |
| Moment of Inertia | 3-Axis Moment and Product of Inertias, CG Location and Mass Distribution. | |
| Panel Intrusion/Crush Rig | FIA approved for composite panel intrusion testing. | |
| Rollover Platform | Full-scale bus rollover tests conforming to ECE Regulation 66. | |
| Seat Test Lab | VCA approved for static and dynamic seat tests. | |
| Sled |
Impact testing of larger structures, used in
automotive and aerospace sectors. FIA approved for competition vehicle

| Static Test Bed Rig | Component quasi-static bending tests at rate of 1mm/sec (buses, cars, road-side furniture, etc). Possible torsion tests subject to mounting modifications. | |
| We also design and build rigs, and stage tests to specific requirements. Alternatively, we can custom design, build and commission rigs for customers' own on-site installations. |
